How do done for you projects work?

The process looks like this:

After I assess your application, I will advise if I am able to take on your project.
We’ll discuss what you need and agree the scope of the project.
I’ll then send you a contract and invoice for 50% of the project costs.
Once the deposit is paid, the time in my calendar is blocked out exclusively for your project.
I’ll provide you with a list of all the elements and collateral I will need to complete the work so you can have everything I need ready in advance.
On the day of our project my time is reserved just for you! My focus is the delivery of your project.
We’ll also book some time the following week for any final tweaks or updates once you’ve had time to review.
If you’re new to Kartra, we’ll book a training and handover call. I want you to feel confident in using Kartra.
You’ll also get a full step by step video walk through of your setup, so you’re confident in making adjustments and tweaks in the future.

Ongoing Kartra Support

My retainer packages provide ongoing support for your and your business.

Whether that’s having someone on call for those “oh s*%#!” moments, or support for ongoing setup and improvement.

By investing in a retainer package you get me in your business when you need it.

Hours can be used for any combination of quick questions and email support, done for you setup and support of your funnels and Kartra setup, launch setup and support, and training calls for you and your team.

Retainer packages all have a minimum 3 month committment. After the minimum term, payments are made month to month, and can be cancelled any time.
