I discovered cycle syncing as part of my journey in healing from burnout.
I was working a high pressure job where I drove myself to exhaustion and adrenal fatigue. So, like a lot of women, I decided to start my own business.
But, I ended up recreating the same habits and work patterns from those days in corporate. Working all the time, pushing through to get things done even when I really needed a break, trying to do all the things, and believing that if I worked harder and did more, I'd reach my business goals.
I started my business in the hope of creating freedom, but instead I ended up working harder than ever before.
Then I came across my now mentor Stasha Washburn in a Facebook community. At first I thought this cycle syncing thing was a load of crap. But the more I saw and heard, the more my curiosity got the better of me, so I decided to give it a go.
Turns out, it was the missing peice that allowed me to be productive and get things done, but also slow down and rest when I needed to, without sacrificing my goals.

The phases of the moon are a great substitute if you don't menstruate.
Charting with the moon cycles will help you establish and see your own energy patterns across the month, even if you don't experience the hormonal shifts that a menstruater does.
Any form of hormonal birth control will be impacting your natural cyclical rhythms, so you may not experience the same shifts and changes as someone with a natutral hormonal cycle.
However, you can absolutely chart your cycle and apply the principles of the program.
This course will teach you to chart your cycle and create more awareness of how your energy, motivation, ability to focus, and confidence changes across the month. Charting for fertility awareness, either trying to conceive or avoiding conception, requires more rigourous charting not covered in this course.

You'll want to chart at least 4 or 5 cycles in order to see and understand your own patterns.
However when you get into the routine of charting you will see it only takes a few minutes a day!
Over a longer time frame you will get more in tune with your body, and charting will help you notice any changes and shifts.
