Cycle Aligned Business

In this episode, I want to talk about how learning to cycle sync has taught me the importance of surrendering to my body's needs.

As someone who has experienced burnout, I know firsthand how important it is to listen to your body and pay attention to the signals it gives you. That's why I want to share my experience with you and how charting my cycle helped me understand my body's patterns and needs.

Surrendering to Your Body's Needs

One of the most important things I've learned about cycle syncing is the need to surrender to your body's needs. This includes your energy levels and mental clarity, as well as where you are in your cycle. It's important to learn to listen to your body and pay attention to the signals it gives you to avoid burnout and exhaustion.

The Power of Charting Your Cycle

Charting your cycle can help you understand your patterns and identify opportunities for self-care and rest. By embracing the different phases of your cycle and learning to slow down and take time off during the luteal phase, you can avoid feeling exhausted and overwhelmed.

Doing Better When You Know Better

As Maya Angelou once said, "Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better." This is key to personal and professional growth. Doing the best you can with the knowledge you have, and then doing better when you know better, is crucial.

As someone who burnt out and paid a massive price, I know the importance of paying attention to my body and listening to what it's telling me. I see it play out in my charting, and I use that information to my advantage now that I know how my body works and what I need to do to support it.

Embrace Your Cycle

Embracing the different phases of your cycle is crucial to avoid feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. By doing the best you can with the knowledge you have and surrendering to your body's needs, you can achieve personal and professional growth.
