If you’ve been here a while you know I like to preach the gospel of rest!
Now it’s not that rest is the only thing that is important, you get to work hard too… it’s just that we high achievers are already good at that bit. We’re not afraid of long days, big to do lists, and getting our hands dirty so to speak.
Its the rest part of the equation that we need help with.
So in this episode I’m going to share some ways you can invite more rest into your day.
