Before doing anything in business, you need to get clear on why you're here and what you want to create.
And if you've been in business for a while, reviewing it and refining your vision and mission can help you to keep moving forwards in the right direction.

- Our purpose is why we come to work each day, why we have a business.
- My vision - all women and cyclical humans are empowered by knowledge of how their bodies and hormones work, and live work in harmony with their body's energy and natural rhythms
- My business mission and purpose - to be an educator and mentor for women and people with periods to create sustainable businesses without hustling and burning out
