When it comes to tech and apps in your business, its true that there is an app for everything. In fact there is usually about 100 different ones to choose from.
And that is where things can get messy, complicated, and sometimes expensive.
So how do you know what ones you need? That’s what we’re chatting about in this episode.
Key points in this episode:
- Get clear on what you need the app to do first
- Ask your friends and mentors for recommendations, or use sites like Capterra and Product Hunt
- Play around first to make sure the app will work for you before fully committing
- Once you have committed to an app, take the time to set it up properly from the start
- Review your tech stack every 12-24 months to make sure you still have the right tools for your business and where you are now
